We believe firmly in 2 things.

One – Recruitment is not just a ‘hire’. It’s about fit. Recruiting for a position is about 2 factors – Eligibility & Suitability. Eligibility includes education, experience, communication skills, exposure, technical knowledge etc. Suitability is about versatility, attitude, value systems, beliefs etc that an employee carries. The key is that you may find many candidates who have the eligibility for a position, but an organization finds success when it hires the candidate that also fits the suitability matrix.

It is for this reason that we have a deep discussion with a candidate to check his suitability from all angles before processing his / her profile.

Two - We believe that our role as an executive search firm is certainly not to give you more resumes than our nearest competitor. It is in partnering with you on your recruitment mandate. In being an extension of your HR and sharing your mandate and your responsibility. You won’t find us sending you tens of profiles for each position. We’ll send you a maximum of 5-6 profiles.  That’s because before you get your 5 or 6, we’ve poured over many times that in order to get you the suitable ones.

You spend time identifying the candidate. We’ll spend time on the resumes.
